1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Trash Panda AI LLC sends two types of SMS messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and explicitly opted in via a consent checkbox on our website or scheduling forms:

Non-marketing messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, integration status notifications, customer support communications, and technical support updates.

Promotional/marketing messages: updates on new AI automation features, best practices for SMS marketing, AI technology advancements, and special offers.

Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated, separate checkboxes for each message type. Checkboxes are never pre-selected. Consent is always optional and never required for form submission.

Opt-Out & Support — Required Language

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (619) 604-5655. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
